These Terms of Use are provided in both Japanese and English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail. The Japanese version is provided below the English version.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

All materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The services of this School are provided through TEACHABLE.

2. Use License

All materials provided by this School, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and design theories, are the exclusive intellectual property of the School.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, reproduce, republish, or transfer the materials to another person, or record videos or take screenshots
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
  • Publish, share, or distribute any part of the content (videos, materials, images, etc.) on social media or other platforms
  • Use the content for commercial purposes, including teaching your own lessons, conducting derivative educational activities, or creating similar content
  • Use the theories or methods of this content to operate or instruct similar courses or services

Any profits obtained in violation of these Terms may be subject to claims for damages by the School.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the School at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided “as is.” The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights

Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, expected results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or on any linked sites.

The School provides learning opportunities only. Outcomes and results may vary depending on the individual, and no specific results are guaranteed.

The School shall not be liable for any damages or inability to access content caused by system failures, maintenance, or issues related to platforms (including TEACHABLE), except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the School.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with this School shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the School.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Violating any applicable laws, court judgments, or administrative measures
  2. Engaging in conduct that may harm public order or morals
  3. Impersonating the School or a third party, or intentionally spreading false information
  4. Providing benefits to or cooperating with anti-social forces
  5. Improperly collecting or disclosing personal information of others
  6. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the School at its reasonable discretion

6. Suspension and Account Termination

The School may, without prior notice, suspend access to all or part of the services, delete accounts, or take any other necessary actions (including legal measures) if a user violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate by the School.

Upon termination, this license shall automatically end. The School may terminate this license at any time.

Upon termination or completion of viewing, all materials in the user’s possession must be destroyed.

No refunds will be issued for any payments already made, except where required by applicable law.

7. Changes to Services

The materials on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current.

The School may change materials at any time without notice and is not obligated to update them.

The School may also modify, add, or discontinue all or part of its services without prior notice.

8. Modifications to Terms

The School may revise these Terms of Use at any time at its discretion.

Revised Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Links

The School has not reviewed all external sites linked to its website and is not responsible for their contents.

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided after purchase is completed.

By purchasing this course, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Refunds will not be provided after purchase for any reason, including but not limited to selecting the wrong course, duplicate purchases, or purchasing in the wrong language.

However, this does not apply where a refund is required under applicable law.

本規約は英語および日本語で提供されますが、日本語版を正文とします。両言語間に不一致が生じた場合は、日本語版を優先して解釈するものとします。

第1条（規約の同意）

本スクールにアクセスすることにより、利用者は本利用規約、適用されるすべての法令および規則に同意したものとみなされます。また、適用される地域の法令を遵守する責任は利用者にあるものとします。これらの規約のいずれかに同意されない場合、本サイトの利用またはアクセスは禁止されます。本スクールに掲載されているコンテンツは、著作権法および商標法により保護されています。本スクールのサービスは、Teachable を利用して提供されています。

第2条（利用許諾）

本スクールで提供されるすべての資料（動画、画像、テキスト、デザイン理論等）の著作権および独占的財産権は、本スクールに帰属します。
本スクールのウェブサイト上にあるダウンロード可能な資料については、個人的かつ非商業的な一時的閲覧の目的に限り、1部のみダウンロードすることが許可されます。これは所有権の移転ではなく、利用許諾の付与です。本許諾に基づき、利用者は以下の行為を行うことはできません。本規約に違反して得た利益がある場合、当スクールは損害賠償を請求できるものとします。 

・資料の複製、改変、転載、他者へ譲渡すること、動画の録画またはスクリーンショットを行うこと。

・商業目的、または公衆への表示（商業・非商業を問わない）のために利用すること。

・本スクールのウェブサイトに含まれるソフトウェアについて、逆コンパイルまたはリバースエンジニアリングを試みること。

・資料に付されている著作権表示その他の権利表示を削除すること。

・他のサーバーにミラーリングすること。

・コンテンツの内容（動画・資料・画像等）の全部または一部をSNS等へ公開すること、コンテンツの共有、再配布、または商用利用すること（自身のレッスンで教えること、本資料を用いた二次的な教育活動をすること、類似するコンテンツを制作すること）。

・本コンテンツの理論や手法を用いて、自ら同種の講座やサービスを運営、または指導すること。 

第3条（免責事項）

本スクールのウェブサイト上の資料は「現状有姿（as is）」で提供されます。当スクールは、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行わず、商品性、特定目的への適合性、知的財産権の非侵害等に関する黙示の保証を含め、すべての保証を否認します。
また、本スクールは、資料の正確性、予想される結果、信頼性についていかなる表明または保証も行いません。これらは、本サイト上の資料またはリンク先サイトに関しても同様です。本スクールは学習機会の提供を目的とするものであり、学習成果や効果には個人差があります。特定の結果を保証するものではありません。システム障害、メンテナンス、またはプラットフォーム（Teachable等）の都合により生じた損害や視聴不能について、当スクールの故意または重過失による場合を除き、当スクールは一切の責任を負いません。

第4条（準拠法および管轄）

準拠法: 本規約の解釈および適用にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

合意管轄: 本スクールに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当スクールの所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第5条（禁止事項）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

（１）法令、裁判所の判決、または行政措置に違反する行為。

（２）公の秩序または善良の風俗を害するおそれのある行為。 

（３）当スクールまたは第三者になりすます行為、または意図的に虚偽の情報を流布させる行為。

（４）反社会的勢力に対する利益供与その他の協力行為。

（５）他人の個人情報を不正に収集、開示する行為。

（６）その他、当スクールが合理的に不適当と判断した行為。

第6条（利用停止・アカウント削除）

当スクールは、利用者が本規約に違反した場合、または不適切と当スクールが合理的に判断した場合には、事前の通知なく、サービスの全部または一部の利用停止、アカウントの削除、その他必要な措置（法的措置を含みます）を講じることができます。これらの制限に違反した場合、本許諾は自動的に終了します。また、当スクールはいつでも本許諾を終了させることができます。本許諾の終了時または資料の閲覧終了時には、電子形式または印刷形式を問わず、利用者が保有するすべての資料を破棄しなければなりません。終了にあたり、すでに購入した代金の返金は致しません。ただし、法令上返金が必要となる場合を除きます。

第7条（サービス内容の変更等）

本スクールのウェブサイトに掲載されている資料には、技術的、誤記、または画像上の誤りが含まれる場合があります。当スクールは、これらの資料が正確、完全、または最新であることを保証しません。
また、当スクールは予告なく資料を変更することがありますが、これらを更新する義務を負うものではありません。

当スクールは、利用者への事前の通知なく、提供するサービスの内容の全部または一部について、変更、追加、または終了することができます。

第8条（本規約の変更）

当スクールは、自らが必要と判断した場合、いつでも本規約を改正することができるものとします。改正後の規約はサイト上に掲示した時点から効力を生じ、利用継続をもって同意とみなします。
