Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs how the School collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”). This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.

This Privacy Policy is provided in both Japanese and English; however, the Japanese version shall be the authoritative text. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail. The Japanese version is provided below the English version.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Students in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or in a Course, subscribe to a newsletter, or engage in other activities, services, features, or resources we make available.

Students may visit the School anonymously. We collect personal identification information only when it is voluntarily provided by Students. Students may refuse to supply personal identification information; however, doing so may prevent them from participating in certain School-related activities.

Management of Personal Information and Legal Compliance

The School complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information and handles such information appropriately.

We also take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure its secure management.

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

Students may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or other handling of their personal information held by the School.

If you wish to make such a request, please contact us through the method specified by the School. We will verify your identity and respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The School may collect and use Students’ personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and manage services
  • To prevent fraudulent activities and enhance security
  • To improve customer service
    The information you provide helps us respond to inquiries and support requests more efficiently and appropriately.
  • To improve user experience
    We may analyze collected information statistically to improve our services and optimize content.
  • To send notices and communications
    We may use Students’ email addresses to send important notices regarding courses, service updates, and related information, as well as to respond to inquiries.

Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Students’ personal identification information to others.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without the Student’s consent, except as required by law. However, we may entrust personal information to external service providers (including those located outside Japan) to the extent necessary for purposes such as payment processing, platform operation, and email distribution.

Such providers may include entities located in foreign countries, and personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with the laws and regulations of those jurisdictions.

Students may find advertising or other content in the School that link to websites and services of partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties.

We do not control the content or links on these external websites and are not responsible for their practices. These websites and services may change from time to time and may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies.

Browsing and interaction on any other website are subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Cookies and Analytics

The School uses Teachable as its platform for service provision. Therefore, cookies and analytics technologies may primarily be used by the platform and its related services.

The purposes of such cookies, the information collected, and how it is managed are governed by the privacy policies of the respective service providers, and not directly controlled by the School.

Students may control the use of cookies through their browser settings; however, doing so may result in some features of the service not functioning properly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The School reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Students acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Acceptance of This Policy

By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please refrain from enrolling in the School.

Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、当スクールがユーザー（以下「受講生」といいます）から収集する情報の取扱い方法、およびその利用・維持・開示の方法を定めるものです。本プライバシーポリシーは、当スクールおよび当スクールが提供するすべてのコースに適用されます。　本プライバシーポリシーは英語および日本語で提供されますが、日本語版を正文とします。両言語間に不一致が生じた場合は、日本語版を優先して解釈するものとします。

個人識別情報について

当スクールは、受講生がスクールまたはスクール内のコースに登録する際、ニュースレターに登録する際、または当スクールが提供するその他の活動・サービス・機能・リソースに関連して、さまざまな方法で受講生から個人識別情報を収集する場合があります。
受講生は匿名のままでスクールを利用することも可能です。
当スクールは、受講生が自発的に提供した場合に限り、個人識別情報を収集します。受講生は個人識別情報の提供を拒否することができますが、その場合、スクールに関連する一部の活動に参加できなくなる可能性があります。

個人情報の管理および法令遵守

当スクールは、個人情報の保護に関する法令および関連ガイドラインを遵守し、受講生の個人情報を適切に取り扱います。
また、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

個人情報の開示・訂正・削除等について

受講生は、当スクールが保有する自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等を求めることができます。
これらの請求を希望される場合は、当スクール所定の方法によりご連絡ください。ご本人確認を行った上で、法令に従い適切に対応いたします。

個人情報の共有について

当スクールは、受講生の個人識別情報を第三者に販売、交換、または貸与することはありません。

また法令に基づく場合を除き、受講生の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、決済処理（Stripe等）や配信プラットフォーム（Teachable等）の運用、およびメール配信システム等の利用に必要な範囲で、外部サービス（外国にあるサーバー等を含む）へ情報を委託することがあります。これらの事業者には外国に所在するものが含まれる場合があり、当該国の法令に基づき適切に管理されます。

第三者のウェブサイトについて

受講生は、当スクール内に掲載された広告やその他のコンテンツを通じて、提携先、供給業者、広告主、スポンサー、ライセンサー、その他の第三者のウェブサイトやサービスへリンクする場合があります。
当スクールは、これらのウェブサイトに表示されるコンテンツやリンクを管理しておらず、それらのサイトの運用方法について責任を負いません。
また、これらのウェブサイトやサービス（そのコンテンツやリンクを含む）は常に変更される可能性があります。これらのサイトには独自のプライバシーポリシーおよびカスタマーサービスポリシーが存在する場合があります。
他のウェブサイト（当スクールへのリンクを含むサイトを含む）へのアクセスおよび利用は、それぞれのサイトの利用規約およびポリシーに従うものとします。

当スクールでは、サービスの提供にあたり、プラットフォームとして Teachable を利用しています。
そのため、Cookie（クッキー）やアクセス解析等の技術は、主に当該プラットフォームおよび関連サービスにより使用される場合があります。

これらのCookieの利用目的や取得される情報、管理方法等については、当スクールが直接管理するものではなく、各サービス提供事業者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。

なお、受講生はご利用のブラウザ設定によりCookieの受け取りを制御することが可能ですが、その場合、サービスの一部機能が利用できないことがあります。

本プライバシーポリシーの変更について

当スクールは、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新する権利を有します。受講生には、変更内容を確認するために定期的に本ページをご確認いただくことを推奨します。
受講生は、本プライバシーポリシーを定期的に確認し、変更内容を認識する責任を負うものとします。

本規約への同意について

受講生がスクールに登録することにより、本プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
本プライバシーポリシーに同意されない場合は、スクールへの登録をお控えください。
また、本プライバシーポリシーの変更後も継続してスクールに在籍する場合、その変更に同意したものとみなされます。
